Mr. Capuano's Message

October Mr. Capuano's Message
Posted on 10/01/2020

Dear Parents,

Last month we ran our first ever virtual Back to School Night.  It was a challenge to organize this, but all reports have been that it was received very well from our community.  If you have any questions regarding our schedule, curriculum, or expectations please do not hesitate to contact your child’s teacher.

This month our students will be participating in various Character Education activities.  Many of these activities will take place during the state mandated “Week of Respect” and “Violence and Vandalism Week.”  During both of these weeks, our Physical Education Department and our Counselor will be leading activities centered around respect, diversity, and mindfulness.

In October, you will receive information regarding Parent-Teacher Conferences that will take place November 18th and 19th.  This year, the conferences will be held virtually using Zoom.  I encourage you to sign up when you receive the information.

Thank you to our staff who have done an amazing job teaching in-person and remote learning students at the same time.  In addition, I am extremely proud of our students as they are doing an outstanding job adjusting to this new environment.

            John Capuano

                           Principal
